Sunday, January 5, 2014. The DIY stained growth charts have been scrolling through the Pintresphere for awhile now. another pin I've had pinned and had yet to complete. Finally, after a little winter cabin fever and a little spike in the temps, I put it on the weekend to do list. The ones above are from Design, Dining and Diapers. And Cozy, Cottage, Cute. I love these ladies. They have offered so much creativity to work off of. We had to do our ritual Home Depot photo op. Once we got home, little man wen...

Exploring creativity through crafts, gifts, home and food. Skip to primary content. Skip to secondary content. Fall Leaf Cookies Tray. November 24, 2015. I’ve said it before but I just love Fall! And I love fall leaves. I love to recreate them in any way possible. I know in just one short month we will be celebrating Christmas but I hate to let go of Autumn. So glad I did remember, as they are easier than coloring the actual dough (which is what I always used to do.). Makes decorating them easy! My journ...

The Cronin Connection: Valentines from Nora!
http://croninconnectionblog.blogspot.com/2014/02/valentines-from-nora.html
Wednesday, February 12, 2014. Nora isn't in daycare or preschool so we haven't done any valentines for other kids yet, but this year I decided to participate in my moms group's Valentine's Day exchange. Making a valentine for her friends from Nora was a lot of fun! And I tried a few new things with my Silhouette Cameo which was a great learning experience. I wanted to make a little coloring page as the valentine so it would give Nora's friends something to do (and maybe give their moms a little break!

The Cronin Connection: April 2013
http://croninconnectionblog.blogspot.com/2013_04_01_archive.html
Tuesday, April 30, 2013. Big Greetings for Small Babies. I love the preemie community. I've gotten so much support from other moms, and tried to provide that same support to new moms of preemies as often as I can. But since I received our shirts from It's a Preemie Thing. I've been thinking of a way that I can provide a good or service to other preemie families. I only have a few items listed so far but I have plans for many more soon. I have set up a Facebook page. Saturday, April 27, 2013. As you know ...

http://southernwhim.blogspot.com/2013/12/removing-water-marks.html

The Sweet Life: Day 11: Videographer Verdict
http://anotheradventurewithourcupcake.blogspot.com/2013/10/day-11-videographer-verdict.html
Friday, October 11, 2013. Day 11: Videographer Verdict. And the verdict is.Expensive. The cost of a videographer was not something I was prepared for. I thought maybe $500 tops for someone for the whole night. Boy was I wrong. I remember walking though the bridal fair with my now husband, checking out all of the vendors when we stumbled upon the videographer I was thinking about hiring. I chatted with him, then began to pursue his brochure. 1000 for JUST the ceremony? YeaI was not expecting that. Editing...

The Sweet Life: Day 3: Say Yes to the Dress...for much, much less
http://anotheradventurewithourcupcake.blogspot.com/2013/10/day-3-say-yes-to-dressfor-much-much-less.html
Thursday, October 3, 2013. Day 3: Say Yes to the Dress.for much, much less. I absolutely ADORE my wedding dress. I would wear it everyday. It was perfect. But you know what I love most about my wedding dress? It was custom made and cost me $350. Yep, this dress was only $350. I fell in love with a designer dress that cost $1900. I went to the local bridal shop and tried it on. I knew this was THE dress. I cried knowing that I wouldn't be able to afford it. The shop owner assured me it would be great, and...

The Sweet Life: Day 10: Pretty Program (and its reuseable!)
http://anotheradventurewithourcupcake.blogspot.com/2013/10/day-10-pretty-program-and-its-reuseable.html
Thursday, October 10, 2013. Day 10: Pretty Program (and its reuseable! This was our wedding program. A simple chalkboard. Let's be honest, every paper program I have ever taken home from an event has ended up in the trash can. After researching how much programs can actually cost, I felt bad for literally throwing away other peoples money, and didn't not want to let other people throw away my money. Then, in another Pinterest session, I found this pin:. We got a call from one of groomsmen saying that he ...
