How to Books 4 Sale. Ere are pages from my most recent sketchbook from my workshop in Provence and Paris, Sept./Oct. 2013. I used a 3" x 5" moleskine watercolor sketchbook and a pocket size palette of watercolors to make these sketches. They took anywhere from 5 minutes to 45 minutes to do on the spot. How to Books 4 Sale. For many years Barbara wrote and illustrated children's books which explains her interest in cows and tap dancing beagles. Her paintings subjects are taken from her home life, (she has 3 dogs which are frequent subjects), her imagination and her travels. She likes to paint anywhere from a speeding train in Tuscany to her backyard and kitchen. Her mission is to introduce people to the joys of painting and drawing for pleasure and help them develop their skills into a joyful hobby.

Its a race against time to finish the painting before the flowers wilt. Here is my almost finished painting. I want to add a few more darks. An added bonus from posting my paintings on this blog as I look at them from more distance and can see more then from it just sitting on my desk. In either case I love it. What a great scene.
