It’s no coincidence that the season for blueberries and peaches overlaps – what an amazing combination of fruits. I found a simple recipe for cobbler using drop biscuits made with butter; the difference is that the fruit is mixed with a little sugar and lemon juice and heated in the oven first. My basic formula is simple: 1500 grams of clay, 14 cups of water, and about 7-8 grams of sodium silicate for the defloculant.
