Monday, September 22, 2008. The Texture I Love. So, my baby girl is into a new show on tv - Sid, the Science Kid. Today, the lesson was about textures.what kinds are there and what do you like: rough, hard, soft, scratchy, smooth, etc. I was thinking to back when I was a kid - I always liked smooth stuff, and actually, I still do. Monday, November 17, 2008. It's The Simple Things. So, why am I bringing up my daughter's bodily functions? 160;Maybe I shouldn't have feared it so much after all. The other reason I am writing is very personal. I have been extremely stressed out lately. In fact, I have noticed some old depression- esque. I used to always point the finger at people who worried about things that to me were not necessary - but why am I worried about the simple things - the daily needs of life? 160;Where is my faith?

Tuesday, April 13, 2010. The kids are GREAT! Both have excellent health and are learning and growing so fast. They are our daily blessings and we know that full well! Hava is speaking and counting and learning her colors in both Portuguese and English. She is much more fluent in both now. She has a very sweet demeanor (95% of the time - the other 5% we count as her being a 3-year-old), loves to help, play instruments, play outside and watch movies AND is fully potty trained! Wednesday, January 28, 2009. Well, we haven't been up to too much. Rachel's about 10 weeks pregnant and still feeling ok. Hava just had her second birthday on Sunday.
