I have begun to practise Kunjal kriya, otherwise known as Jala Dhouthi; it cleanses the upper organs of the digestive system. I am all excited about it so I thought I'd blog it :). There). That is when you realize what a frog-in-the-well you've been all this while. Often, you truly enjoy the new surroundings and lifestyle and feel glad you're out of the old place, even if you felt great about it while you were still there. It's about 1 year and 3 months since I began to train in yoga. it's one year and 3 months since I fell sick. with anything. cold, cough, fever, stomache upsets. anything. The yogi became proud. proud that she'd never fall ill. Going for walks at 10:30 in the night in the cold breeze without warm clothes. drinking cold water in the morning. hogging like a pig. nothing can touch this iron body thought the yogi.
