It is a moist and chewy bar which I enjoy as a afternoon snack or as a quick healthy breakfast. This recipe yields 24 bars at approximately 214 calories each. Hazelnut Muesli Snack Bars. 3/4 cup peanut butter. 1 cup peeled and chopped apples. 3 cups Muesli of choice - I used Muesli Fusion Athlete Fuel. 1 cup Hazelnut Meal Flour.

I used whole wheat angel hair pasta which contained 24% of the daily value of dietary fiber. This recipe yields approximately 7 servings at 313 calories/serving. 12 oz package of whole wheat capellini or angel hair pasta. 1/4 cup light olive oil. 10 fresh plum tomatoes, diced. 1 teaspoon fresh italian parsley.

Fruit topping can be a variety of fresh fruits such as strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, peaches, mango and pineapple, etc.

Strawberry Spinach Salad with Pecans and Goat Cheese. 3 cups strawberries, washed, drained, and sliced in half. 2 cups blueberries, washed and drained. 16 oz Baby Spinach, washed. 3/4 cup Goat cheese crumbles. Wash and cut strawberries. In a large bowl combine the strawberries, blueberries, spinach, pecans and Goat cheese. Stir to combine. Toss with Balsamic Vinaigrette Dressing. 1/4 cup Balsamic vinegar.
