April 2, 2012. As the Triathlon season approaches, I’ve switched up my workouts to incorporate a full-body workout. Since I’ve reached my optimal weight, the focus now goes to cardiovascular workouts (consisting of endurance swimming, biking and running). 8211; Monday: Full Body Workout. 8211; Single Arm Kettle Bell: 4 sets x 10-12 reps. 8211; Cable Core: 4 sets x 20-30 second hold. 8211; Chin Ups: 4 sets x 10-12 reps. 8211; Single Leg Squats: 4 sets x 15 reps. 8211; Side Plank: 4 sets x 30 second hold.
