Saturday, April 09, 2005. Went on my first Artist's date a la Julia cameron last night. Went to an Ulster Orchestra concert at the Ulster Hall. Most of the audience were middle aged or elderly. It's unusual now for me to feel one of the younger people at any event! Is looking pretty tatty now. A makeover is well overdue. Still the place has a lot of history going back to the big anti-home-rule rallies of the early 20th Century. For me - I saw my first concert here. Thin Lizzy. I went up to the new QFT.

Wednesday, September 29, 2004. Natural Sphinx - near Sallagh Braes. Feeling pretty dire today. There is a virulent flu going around and boy am I smit! The days are getting shorter now. It's noticeably darker at 7pm. There is a real autumnal feel to the place. Trees are already turning orange and gold. Work at the Zen Centre. Anyway the next big event is the arrival of Robert Kennedy. A zen Jesuit in early December. Looking forward to see how he melds these two spiritualities. Leave you with something.
