Phase Three of the five phase Uganda water project will move forward in 2012 in cooperation with a local group of Ugandan volunteers who call themselves The Rwenzori Rural Health Services. Hen completed this project will reduce the walking distance required by women and children to fetch water from two or three miles down to half a mile or in some cases zero miles.
