There is one dish that is very typical for the town where I come from and this is the chicory called rosa di Gorizia. Rose of Gorizia). Vonj po sveže zapečenem kruhu. Wednesday, 11 September 2013. Jam cookies with puff pastry. 450 gr frosted puff pastry. Defrost the puff pastry. Use some flour, so it doesn't get sticky and roll the pastry into squares. Spread a little bit of jam on the top and roll them into a sausage. Cut the slices and put them on a baking sheet. Bake for 20 minutes at 200°C. Pan-cooked potatoes with sausage. A simple recipe for those rainy autumn days, when you just neer more warm and nutritious. 4 slices of bread.

Today I came home from work "starving" (can't really use this word in our part of the world though) and I just wanted to eat as fast as I could. What is better than a really quick pasta? There was a description how to make a brownie in a cup. I actually forgot it until a few days ago, when I saw a picture on Pinterest, describing the exactly same thing. Since now we've got a microwave in our apartment (which I recon it's not that healthy), I just had to try it. 1/4 cup cocoa powder. 2 tbsp olive oil. Enjoy your brownie mug!

Lunedì 19 dicembre 2011. Iz poletja je prišla jesen in postala zima. iz velikega trebuha je prišel mali fantek, in postal malo manj mali. Bilo je veliko poletnih stvari, veliko jesenskih stvari, malo manj zimskih. bil je pariz, pisanje, kopanje, nove frizure, stare razglednice. In smo spet tu. pri snegu, slikah in prazničnih receptih.
