This blog has been in existence since the spring of 2007. After nearly a year-long hiatus, I’m inspired to write again and determined to dedicate some serious time and effort into it. I’ve been overwhelming Facebook with uploads from my iPhone of my culinary episodes until now. I’m also trying my hand at photography so consider yourself sufficiently forewarned. But, I digress. In short, I love to write. I love to eat. And, this is where they come together; this is where I am happiest.

Makes 6 small frittatas. Green vegetable (spinach, kale, broccoli). Meat/mushroom (sausage, ham, portabello). Cheese (parmesan, asiago, cheddar). 2 tablespoon sour cream.
