The kids are thrilled, the parents are a little scared. 5 kids, 12 passenger van and a camper. This will be great, right? Subscribe to: Posts (Atom). View my complete profile. Life in our Zoo: Getting back on track
http://tonya-lifeinourzoo.blogspot.com/2012/10/getting-back-on-track.html
Life in our Zoo. Tuesday, October 23, 2012. Getting back on track. Homeschooling has been slightly scattered this year so far. I didn't set a "schedule" up for myself and have been just kind of winging it. I don't ever make a strict schedule, but more of a guideline for what should happen next each day. I'm trying to get things a little less scattered, so I'm trying to come up with things to do to make that happen. That's as far as I've gotten! Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom). Organizing Lu: September 2010
http://organizinglu.blogspot.com/2010_09_01_archive.html
Tuesday, September 28. Sitting on the floor dreaming of coffee. I'm sitting on the floor dreaming of coffee to wash down the Romen noodles I had for breakfast. They were the warm, comfort food I was craving, and the only food on the counter. We had a successful move (okay, well mostly successful, yes, we still have one or two car's of stuff to hall). So that's how I am, Romen injested, wishing for coffee and my size 10 apartment. Also, I'm glad Comcast came yesterday. Links to this post. So I need to do ...

Life in our Zoo. Thursday, March 31, 2011. Sigh SIGH. Ok God. I think I'm getting the point. The devotional I'm reading is 100 Days of Blessing, Devotions for Wives and Mothers. Wednesday, March 30, 2011. I did leave the house yesterday for 2 hours. Thank God I had an aunt and uncle in town for a couple of days to take me somewhere! Tuesday, March 29, 2011. What will I do instead? First thing on the list? Make cookies with my 2nd born child. Thursday, March 24, 2011. All this makes me wish we could take ...

Organizing Lu: March 2011
http://organizinglu.blogspot.com/2011_03_01_archive.html
Thursday, March 17. This is a quick post without much thought to grammer, punctuatioin, etc. We just finished our 30th (that's approx.) event at Crystal Cove and I'm finally okay with saying that I like this gig. I would never want say it to anyone when we started, but I was almost certain I wouldn't really like doing this. But, I've starting looking forward events, they are fun and interactive and use the other more low-key, and often creative side of my brain! Links to this post. The PC Peace Maker.

Life in our Zoo. Monday, September 26, 2011. Motivation, Part II. I love Sally Clarkson. Her books, her blog, her words. She speaks my heart over and over and over again. Her blog today fit perfectly with my post the other day about motivation. Organizing Lu: January 2011
http://organizinglu.blogspot.com/2011_01_01_archive.html
Saturday, January 29. I love graphs, maybe because I'm a nerd, and likely because I think visually. When I think of words, I see the letters, people- faces, etc. Right now I'm contemplating my life in graph format. My graph over the last few months is a series of up and down (up-down, up-down, up-down)- all about the same distance between the ups and downs. And my frustration level with this is a mix of insecurity and feeling lost, with feeling like I've been desensitized. Up-down, up-down, up-down.
