2014년 6월 4일 수요일. 프랑스 대표 무신론자로서의 사르트르에 대한 강의. 가 있다고 해서 참석했습니다. 강의를 하시는 분이나 함께 참석하시는 교수님들은 거의 별과 같은 분들이었습니다. 그것도 대륙의 합리론을 대표하는 프랑스 철학과 독일철학에 정통하신 분들입니다. 특히 사르트르에 대한 강의를 들으러 가면서 고민이 많았습니다. 사르트르의 정신적 위치나 기본적인 소개 정도로밖에 알지 못하는 가운데서 그 강의들을 소화해 낼 수 있을까 하는 생각에서 였습니다. 그런데 지하철을 타고 가는데, 마음에 전에 읽었던 것들 중에서 제가 질문해야 할 것이 생각이 나고 사르트르에 대한 생각이 잘 정리되어지는 것. 입니다 하나님께서 질문할 수 있도록 준비시키시는 것을 마음에 두고. 1부 강의가 끝나고 질문 토론시간. 이 되었습니다. 그런데 사회보시는 분께서 '오늘은 제가 먼저 질문을 던지겠습니다. 사르트르의 '실존은 본질을 앞선다'. 라는 것에 대해서 말씀해주시고 그것으로 토론을 시작하도록 하겠습니다.'.
