Read the Bond Resolution. LINKS TO MORE INFO:. The condition of North Middle School was just fine less than 5 years ago per the district's own report. Was it Legal to use State Construction Assistance Funds to build the "Community Resource Center" (new district office)? The district claims they didn't repurpose the 2006 Bond. Read for yourself. If they didn't repurpose it, why did they have to mention it and vote to change the Resolution number while adding the new District office and tracks to the list?
