The Sponsors of this Referendum are all former Congressman that, when first elected, made a pledge to their constituency to limit their terms of service. They each subsequently honored that commitment and voluntarily relinquished their seat at the time they indicated they would do so. The idea for this Website and Referendum was that of John Klotsche, a practicing attorney in Washington DC. Mr. Klotsche takes full responsibility for its content.
