Dec 3rd, 2007 @ 10:15 am. Between the two of us (and one major appliance), Matt and I have managed to break three glass carafes for our French press since September 1st. Matt is shaking the grounds out of the carafe into the trash, and accidentally bangs the glass on something hard in the trash. It cracks and later breaks completely. Dogmatic / Protean Creature Templates. I was wondering, is there a template similar to Celestial or Half-Celestial, Fiendish/Half-Fiendish creature, that specifically is meant to represent a creature from a plane of Law or Chaos? With Celestial and Fiendish creatures heralding from good and evil planes, respectively, I think there should be Anarchons or Axiomatic Creatures or something. Just for fun, let's build a half-giant with the titan bloodline (and then monkey grip). Even though he's medium, he can use a Huge weapon without penalty (since he counts as large, and has oversized weapon). So with Monkey Grip, he could use a 6d6 gargantuan greatsword/greataxe, or one-handed 4d8 bastard sword. Let's say, two. because that's even more freakin' ricockulous. But actually two would be cheating, since monkey grip only allows you to do it with one weapon at a time and not double weapons) .

The feat Ascetic Rogue is completely bullshit for a Monk primary with only one rogue level. By the time you hit level 12 and get greater flurry, you'll forget you ever traded one level of monk to rogue for what amounts to 6d6 sneak attack at that point. Then start working your way up as a Tattooed monk or some other prestige class? Ascetic Knight can be exploited to good effect as well, but i'm generally for taking at least 3 levels in Paladin. So the 3.5 Rokugan book has a couple feats, Daisho Proficiency (which is cool) which acts as two-weapon fighting and an exotic weapon proficiency when using Katana and Wakisashi, and then Togashi's Technique (or something like that) which seems completely inferior to Improved Two-Weapon Fighting as far as I can tell, except for it doesn't require a 17 Dexterity.
