http://owlhousecats.blogspot.com/2015/06/kittens-and-more-kittens.html
Sunday, June 14, 2015. Kittens and more kittens. I've been way behind in blogging.apologies to donors and regular readers! Here are mom and Lemur before they were captured:. I made the mistake of stopping at a garage sale in Spencer yesterday and- -just guess- they had an abandoned calico with kittens under their mobile home. They will call me once the kittens get old enough to peek out. June 14, 2015 at 12:50 PM. Oh boy, same here, tons of kittens. You are an angel to cats in your area!

The Owl House: Kittens ready to go next weekend
http://owlhousecats.blogspot.com/2015/07/kittens-ready-to-go-next-weekend.html
Saturday, July 4, 2015. Kittens ready to go next weekend. So many kittens, some friendly, some shy. With at least four who are very friendly, it's time to get them up on Petfinder and have an adoption gathering next weekend. Blue is female a super cute. While she was a longhair as a small kitten, she is a fuzzy shorthair now, which means she'll probably be fuzzier in he winter, and grow a fuzzy tail. Her coat should be easy to take care of. Coraline is hiding, peeved that I cleaned her ears! Meowsings of...

http://catanddogmother.blogspot.com/2012/04/kudos-to-pet-valu-for-hosting-pet.html
Reigning Cats and Dogs. Musings of a middle aged granny. Saturday, April 14, 2012. Kudos to Pet Valu for hosting a Pet Adoption Weekend! I love offsite pet adoption events! Whats not to love? They are a great way to reach out to potential first time adopters! Even better, kind hearts have a chance to dip their toes in the water with a 'sneak preview' before actually jumping in with an application! This weekend, at three Pet Valus around the province, local rescues are having offsite adoption events:.

Weekly blog concerning pet-related topics. Saturday, January 11, 2014. Chaser, one smart dog – or one of many. Ever wonder how much your dog understands? Or maybe how much can he learn? Author John W. Pilley (with Hilary Hinzmann) is about to tell you in his book, “Chaser, Unlocking the Genius of the Dog Who Knows a Thousand Words.”. This guy really knows Border Collies. More importantly he knows dogs. But his research shows that it doesn’t take a degree in Psychology to have a happy, well-...My favorite...

Weekly blog concerning pet-related topics. Thursday, April 17, 2014. I’m so excited. I wet my plants. I saw that on a sign in Des Moines a couple of weeks ago and just had to share it. Ah, change, ain’t it wonderful? I managed to break my foot! So I’m hobbling around in a huge boot while yearning to get out and work in my yard. Mulberry Spot and Miss Misty Meadow, enemies? I hope you’ll join me in my new adventure and see just where it takes us. And please, let me know from time to time what ch...Sparkle...

Andrea Dorn's blog: Shelter Pets
http://andreadorn.blogspot.com/2014/07/shelter-pets.html
Weekly blog concerning pet-related topics. Friday, July 25, 2014. I visited the Story County Shelter today and though the cat room was closed due to illness I did get some photos of some dogs and a couple of rabbits that I’d like to share with you today. This tri-colored, wirehaired terrier type dog is a friendly but very active dog. I could imagine him making a good family dog with children who have a lot of time to walk him and play with him. Perhaps he’d be a good fly-ball competitor :). Okay, so if y...
