VSO Enhancer was a tool that enabled users to get a better user experience while using Visual Studio Online. By adding extra capabilities to it. VSO Enhancer was an experiment, while it gained traction it's features have become obsolete by Microsoft since most of the features it added have been added into the product. The previous encarnation no longer makes sense, so it has been discontinued. The previous model will not return, but who knows what the future might bring us. :-).
