Vermont Road Dawgs MC. The Vermont Chapter of the Road Dawgs Motorcycle Club was formed by five Vermont State Troopers from the Rutland area in 2001. Some of the them include troopers Tom Jacques, Dan Begiebing, Dave Stanton and Dave Sutton. These five members are our founders so our home will always remain in Rutland. The club earned its charter in 2002, we just celebrated our 10th anniversary and we have 19 active members state wide.
