Thursday, October 3, 2013. We saw Keith Urban last Friday night. WOW! What a great show. Great seats, great music, and to top it all off, he came and sang right by us. So so awesome. I got new running shoes {finally} and it's amazing what a difference it is! We got the keys to the townhouse! I won't move in until after the wedding, but you all know I'll start organizing it before then :). My mom got rid of cable. So thankful for Netflix.and that I will really only be without it for a month. On my way home.

Thursday, September 12, 2013. Zeal for Life Challenge. Today is day 12 of our 90 day Zeal For Life Challenge! The stats: Hubby is down 12 pounds, I am down 4 pounds. The food: 30 grams of lean protein every 3 hours. Simple carbs in the morning and complex carbs end at 7pm. Replacing 2 of the 6 meals a day with Zeal For Life Protein Shakes. Calorie goal between 1350-1600. The exercise: Resistance band exercises daily (rest on Sunday). Cardio daily (rest on Sunday). Zeal for Life Challenge.

Monday, January 30, 2012. The Art of Marriage. We were blessed to attend the marriage conference at our church this past weekend. Having a great marriage is a top priority for us and last year we completed a mentorship marriage program where we grew leaps and bounds in our relationship. Each year we are going to attend a conference or get away to refresh our minds with godly principles. We are coming up on 6 years if marriage next month! Saturday, January 21, 2012.
