Random thoughts I have had. July 28, 2015. I had never lost a nuclear family member before. But that changed two weeks ago. The friends who heard and called me, came over, attended all the rites, sent me messages I can never forget. But there are some tough lessons this experience has taught me. Bad news spreads fast. Everyone heard in a matter of hours. The people I told not to tell anyone told everyone. I think there is something about bad news that makes conversation easier. People are innately kind.
