Tuesday, May 31, 2011. Jared's Little Bird Told Him. Jared bought a humming bird feeder. Now our back porch is a humming bird hot spot! Yesterday we saw five of them all fighting to get the goods. Jared says that he's been filling it up with sugar water every other day. So cool (and a little expensive :). Sunday, May 29, 2011. Die, Die, Die! Tyler is such a super kid! http://coopercabana.blogspot.com/2010_10_01_archive.html
Saturday, October 30, 2010. Here's a funny dialog that I just made up and that has no basis whatsoever in reality:. Student A, how many did you get right on the quiz? How many did you get right? Oh, um, I missed 2. Yeah, but how many did you get right, out of 5? Okay 3. Student B, how many did you get right? But there were only 5 possible on the quiz. How many did you get right out of 5? Oh sorry - 5. Thanks. Okay. Student C, how many did you get right? Miss, am I passing your class? What percent is that?

http://clwashington.blogspot.com/2011/05/im-finally-getting-back-to-blogging.html
Sunday, May 8, 2011. I'm finally getting back to blogging. I took the semester off, I'll pretend that was on purpose. Although, there was not a lot of things that happened that I could have blogged about. It was a busy semester. I now have one more semester of classes then I student teach. YAY! I'm almost done. I can really see the end and it's very exciting. We wish that we would have had snorkeling gear because there were some great fish. My nieces and nephew. Like I said we stayed despite the rain.

Callie Lybbert: December 2010
http://clwashington.blogspot.com/2010_12_01_archive.html
Wednesday, December 22, 2010. These kids are growing up so quickly. How cute are they? I have enjoyed the past few days with them. I don't get much of an opportunity to see them much so this trip was needed. It's been such a blast to see what Mukilteo has to offer. So pretty. I love Western Washington. The fountain in Seattle is fun to watch as well. To bad it's not summer time so that the kids could play in it. That could have been hilarious to see. I'm sad that my brothers family will be moving away fr...

Cooper Cabana: The Lighthouse
http://coopercabana.blogspot.com/2012/07/lighthouse.html
Tuesday, July 10, 2012. I wanted to take the kids to see the famous lighthouse in Crescent City, CA. We started out with dinner at the town's fancy restaurant. It was very delicious. Derek found this shark at the door and we very nearly lost him! We found these cages in the back. Maybe they are used to trap crabs? Holly provided many photo opportunities as we explored a boat dock.. This boat dock a few hundred feet away was covered with sea lions basking in the setting sun.. You are so strong! These pi...

Our heritage and ideals, our code and standards - the things we live by and teach our children - are preserved or diminished by how freely we exchange ideas and feelings." Walt Disney. Sunday, April 4, 2010. Despite it all, the kids had a blast looking for eggs and had a good Easter. They had baskets full of goodies and had plenty of candy for breakfast.
