Thursday, July 29, 2010. Yesterday I met with a nutritionist from my work and I'm still in awe about how clueless I was about eating right! I guess to make sense of all of this, I'll start from the very beginning. Well, I started to get frustrated that I wasn't able to run very fast, so through taking this test I learned that when I run I only burn sugar. NOT GOOD! Let more frustration begin! And we figured that I only eat about 1,000 calories a day. And mostly carbs. Aain, NOT GOOD! He was so great!

Friday, January 28, 2011. St George Runner's Series. The week after the St. George Marathon, registration for the St. George Runner's Series opened up. If you're not sure what the series is, let me tell you. Before the St. George Marathon you have to run two races in St. George. Monday, April 25, 2011. I can't believe I'm actually posting about an event the day after. I kind of feel like I should be waiting a few weeks ;). All I have to say about this Easter is, IT WAS SO MUCH FUN! Both kids finally understood the concept of Easter eggs, the bunny, and most importantly Jesus! Sunday, July 31, 2011. One of my favorite nights is Pizza Night! We don't do it very often, because it take a lot of planning and preparation on my part. You have to make the dough a head of time, have a clean kitchen counter, and be willing to smell a burning pizza stone for a few days afterwards. But, the kids LOVE it, so it's all worth it! First you have to roll the dough. And look really cute while you do it. Then you have to move your chairs over to the toppings station and spread the sauce.
