Thursday, May 30, 2013. 團購網正夯，許多人都會購買團購的好康優惠券省錢，但若是廣告不實造成消費者投訴的案例也層出不窮。行政院公平會昨天開罰三件團購網廣告不實案，包括國「Groupon」、「GOMAJI」都各遭公平會開罰，連帶的三家在團購網站刊登不實消費資訊的銷售業者，也都遭公平會罰款。公平會表示，像正暉公司在團購網站Groupon（渥奇公司）推出「加州陽光美國西北華盛頓櫻桃」商品促銷活動，業者廣告說900元即可以購買原價1649元的櫻桃三台斤，但其實1649是業者自行估算出來，並非供應商出售的價格。因而公平會決議開罰團購網 Groupon五十萬元、銷售業者正暉十萬元。 Groupon與另一家鎮隆整合行銷公司合作，向郭元益購買中秋月餅禮盒後，廣告宣稱可以790購買1580元郭元益經典錦風禮盒，但事實上禮盒是郭元益對企業銷售的產品，並沒有所謂的原價，因此對Groupon與鎮隆各開罰十萬元。 Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom).
