I started my meds that night-300iU (international units) of Follistim (the follicle stimulating drug) and continued on the Lupron, but reduced it to 5 units. The lupron will keep me from ovulating until the trigger shot is given. It can fail but the chances of that are rare, so I’m not too worried about it. I got my results of my blood work that night and they were looking good, so I stayed on the same dose of Follistim and Lupron. And 2) my mom can be there as soon as I get home to baby me.
