Keri and Rod's Wacky World. Sunday, October 18, 2009. We took a train from Manhattan to Rochester, then rented a car and went to Palmyra. This is Hill Cumorah, where Joseph Smith received the golden plates. Shannon and I went to the Palmyra Temple to do baptisms. We felt very welcomed. This is the view of the temple from the Smith Farm. This is the view of the Sacred Grove from the temple. The Sacred Grove. It was so peaceful there. Joseph's bedroom where the Angel Moroni appeared to him.

We played with dolphins, did some wreck dives, toured a 500 year fort, and had a great time! We also spent some time in Miami including seeing the everglades and the Miami Sea Aquarium. Keri and Rod's Wacky World. Sunday, March 7, 2010. Rod and I just went on an absolutely wonderful vacation. We went on a Western Caribbean cruise. It was awesome! We had never been on a cruise before. We had so much fun playing in the sun, napping, laughing, relaxing, and eating. Our boat was the Carnival Dream - the newest cruise ship in Carnival's fleet. It was huge! I loved all the towel animals that were left in our room every night. Rod and I at the Captain's Dinner. More of the beach at Xcaret.

An itinerary for our trip from Lennox Head to Broken Hill then through the Flinder's Ranges then to Uluru. From there through the West MacDonnell Ranges and into Alice Springs. Then by the Plenty Highway to Boulia then to Goondiwindi and home. Friday, September 4, 2009. This morning I said farewell to Andrew and Lucy at their home.
