ウォーキング！健康管理とちょっぴりダイエット
足腰が立たないなんてことがなければ、多分いちばん手軽に始められるスポーツ。 健康とダイエットを兼ねてのウォーキング始めてみました。 集合時間午前2時から始まった長かった一日の終わりは「お宿で一泊」でございます。 ゆっくり温泉につかったあとで部屋に戻ったのにまだ布団を敷きにきていなかった以外には、ホテルの対応面は申し分ありませんでした。特に食事は質・量とも素晴らしくボリュームたっぷりでした。肉あり魚ありで食べきれないほど・・・まぁ食べましたが。 サウナで酒を抜きつつ、ひどく疲れたのでセルフマッサージを兼ねてゆっくりと癒されてきました。小一時間ほどで部屋に戻ると、皆さんはすでに爆睡。自分も寝るつもりだったのですが、どうも気分が高ぶっていたせいか、3時間ほどで起床。この時点で深夜0時半だというのに以降まったく眠れず、早朝5時から入れるようになる一番風呂までひたすら足を揉んだり、筋肉痛の感触を確かめつつホテルの階段で登り降りをしていました。 12539;・・なんてパワフルなのでしょう。 ラベル: 下部ホテル、温泉、七面山、身延山、富士山.
