Monday, September 15, 2008. Looking around this room looks complete. Nothing like it was, just a little under a year that second story was a slab of concrete. The pastor of the church "Pastor Danny" went up to the front of the room and spoke of how glad he was that we are there. And we all felt the same way. A pray of thanks and we all went to our bunks and fell asleep. The Hospice team now done with lunch heads back for desert, and having a great time with the people there. Some of the team has gone...

I have been praying a lot lately, because my church challenged me to double check my feelings about going to Honduras. I still feel the same way and i know that i am going to go. However, people or groups in the mission field typically are overworked and have difficulty defining and focusing on their tasks. At the same time we have like-minded people in local churches, among them those who are retiring, who have ministry hearts and skills with few places to express them.

Your Daily Shot of Soju. I have a backstory. April 14, 2014 · 2:28 pm. I’m also really good at giving directions to taxi drivers. Barely glancing the take out menu in my hand, I automatically dial the number I have so often dialed before. This time it’s a man’s voice on the line. Sometimes a woman picks up, but today it’s some guy whose voice I also recognize. Without my even saying anything he recites the address I am currently at. Without my even thinking I say “재육덮밥 하나 주세요”. Filed under city life.
