Walking our butts Off - Literally. Saturday, October 10, 2009. I managed to run 30 miles between last Thursday and Wednesday. However, I forgot to do my pushups and situps a couple of times, so I only did them 3 days. Oops! I lost 2 more pounds and now have just 7 to go as of today. For next week I hope to run 4-5 days and do my abs and pushups at least 3 times. For pushups I will do 2 sets of 20 off the knees. For abs I will do 7 minutes. Posted by J and G. I bought a new scale, because my older one stopped working. I had been wanting one anyways, because I had noticed that my old scale was completely unreliable. Walking our butts Off - Literally. Sunday, October 25, 2009. Somehow, even with the little amount of exercising I have been doing, I still managed to lose a little weight. I am down to 5 lbs from my pre-pregnancy weight. I would love to have it all off by Thanksgiving, so that I can start the eating season without any extra pounds.
