Walking with Big EZ

Friday, June 12, 2015. It is hard to put in to words all the emotions and memories that are flooding my mind. I simply want to say that I sure do love my Dad and will miss him more than words can say. I am so grateful to have had him for so many years, and for being there by his side as he went to be with the Lord. I know that made him so proud. He was a man dedicated to his family, showing us the world during his military career. He was a dedicated Alumnus and his love for FSU and the Seminoles was appa...

Walking with Big EZ: July 2013

http://walkingwithbigez.blogspot.com/2013_07_01_archive.html

Friday, July 19, 2013. And Now.Let's Go To Seattle! She made that dream come true for all of us, in early May. We flew non-stop from Charlotte to Seattle, spent three days exploring this "City of Seven Hills", then boarded the Holland America cruise ship, Westerdam, for an amazing 7 day cruise. This was huge for EZ as it was the first time since his diagnosis three years ago, that he would be flying (and for six hours straight! Airplane food isn't all that bad (yeah first class! Look at those mountains!

Walking with Big EZ: February 2013

Thursday, February 14, 2013. Over thirty seven years ago I asked Linda to be my wife. My permanent valentine. This last Sunday our pastor spoke about the importance God placed on marriage and how that besides Him, our spouse should be #1 in our lives. Not just on anniversaries or birthdays or holidays or even Valentine's Day, but everyday! Linda, thank you for being my Valentine. I could not ask for a finer wife, caregiver, friend, lover and permanent Valentine. Happy Valentine's Day! Here are the ladies:.

Saturday, January 3, 2015. Happy New Year 2015. I hardly know where to begin, so why not wish everyone a Happy New Year! We are extremely grateful that five years post diagnosis, EZ has not relapsed and his numbers continue to look good. And now for a quick review of 2014 and four very exciting events in the life of our family:. 2 In celebration of my 60th birthday, EZ and I took an amazing trip to the Grand Canyon, Hoover Dam, Zion National Park and Las Vegas in April. January Goals | Hope Filled Home

http://hopefilledhome.com/january-goals

January 8, 2015. By mrs.mlb2004@yahoo.com. I think it may be the perfectionist that is in me – what if I don’t accomplish them? I think it could be that everyone is asking what my goals are, too. Any other time of year nobody asks me- so I’m not really held accountable. But, for whatever reason, I’m going to try to brave this and put my goals on my blog. Read Little Women. I have the CUTEST book of Little Women that I got from Anthropologie! And, I’m already several chapters in and am LOVING it! Walk and...

Knitting, Sewing and Multiple Myeloma. Back in The Royal. May 31, 2012. One of the kidney docs called round this morning took one look at me and offered help with dialysis. It took place within the hour and then he came back later and said due to the risk of infection I could have a couple of days off anyway. And I’m so parched I’m sure I could watch a Titanic documentary and think as they hit the sea ‘the jammy so and sos all that cold cold water and ice! This entry was posted in Kidneys. I've really enjoyed all the high school seniors that I've had the opportunity to photograph this summer. This session was no different. After postponing once because of 102 degree temps with the heat index of 115 degrees, we were able to get some wonderful pictures on a cooler breezy morning. I'm so thankful for the wind! It just does great things for pictures! I hope your senior year is wonderful. Subscribe to: Posts (Atom).

I don't know why I have such a hard time with it but I do. So let's see what has been going on :. We went to Richfield for the 4th of July, we has a blast and Holden got spoiled playing with his cousins. Richfield does the 4th right and the fireworks were the best I have seen. We will be going back next year for sure! We went and saw "Yeesus".
