Friday, February 27, 2015. I Never Set Out. I had plans and ideas too, but so many things that have happened to me were so different than how I imagined they would be. I never set out to teach high school. I said I wouldn't touch it with a ten foot pole. Yet that is where God led me. Thursday, May 28, 2015. It's hard to believe that six years ago today I was diagnosed with ovarian cancer. Six years ago we were filled with hope that God would cure me of this disease. Six years ago we had no idea what kind of roller coaster we would be on fighting the cancer. Six years ago we were still looking forward to a long life with our family.
