Year of the Duck – Quacking Good Sponsored Walk. Around 90 people, a dozen dogs and a duck turned up for Hythe and Waterside Rotary’s sponsored walk on the Beaulieu Estate. After completing the walk, everyone received certificates and enjoyed some well-earned refreshments served by Hythe and District Inner Wheel. 75% of the sponsorship money raised will go to charities nominated by the walkers with the remaining 25% going to charities supported by Hythe Rotary. How to submit the sponsorship money you have raised. You can hand in your sponsorship money in on the day of the event or send your sponsorship money to us as soon as you can and within three weeks of the event to ensure we can claim the maximum eligible Gift Aid on your sponsor’s donations. The sponsorship money you collect will be shared; we will send 75% to your chosen charity, if you nominate one, and the rest to Rotary charities.
