Friday, December 10, 2010. Are You Man Enough? Callie and Ally's nanny has gone on holiday since yesterday and won't be back to Malaysia until the end of next week. Therefore, Jan and I have taken leave from work to care for our munsters, 1 each for mummy and daddy. Unfortunately, Jan had to go back to work today and poor daddy is left at home to take care of the two sisters. 08:30am : Jan left for office after bathing Ally. Callie bath is up to me. 10:30am : After much play etc, Ally finally knocked off.

Monday, August 29, 2011. It seems that we've discovered a new source of birthday cakes which is inexpensive, personal and a whole lot of fun for Callie. There's a shop in Tropicana Mall which provides a bare cake template, i.e. a standard cake covered in cream and nothing else. Previously, they provided the cream various custom colours but now only provides in white. P/s Of course, not all the credit goes to Callie . if you know what I mean ;-). Birthday Cake for Poh Poh. Friday, April 15, 2011. To BPA or not BPA. Recently, our health minister declared that baby bottles made from plastics containing BPA will be banned in Malaysia. Even though the time frame given is 2 years, many parents already know of the dangers and bought BPA -free bottles beforehand. Here is an interesting quote which I saw from Wikipedia as follows :-. Thursday, May 19, 2011. Callie In The Hospital. We had quite a scare over the last couple of days. Callie was having high fever and bad coughing for several days and despite medication the fever kept coming back. Furthermore, her appetite was bad and she was throwing up her milk due to the cough. To make a long story short, the chest infection cleared, fever receded and she eventually recovered after spending about 5 days in the hospital. Callie with her "thank you" cake to Dr. Soh. Monday, October 3, 2011. Family Photo Session in Studio. One fine day . right in the middle of a work week . we had an appointment with a studio a family photo session. Jan managed to purchase a session using Groupon. And being a Groupon promotion, the studio was very busy and we could only manage a weekday appointment. Wednesday, January 26, 2011. Phew Ally Still Recognises Daddy. Honestly speaking, I was a bit worried this morning when Ally woke up. I was wondering whether she still remembers daddy after not seeing me for so long. Imagine my relief and my joy when she saw me and broke into a wide toothless smile and then started crawling towards me to be carried ;-) And after that Callie woke up and gave daddy a great big hug as well.
