Nez Perce Homeland Project and Tamkaliks Scholarships. Four $500 scholarships will be awarded. Three of these go to Native Americans, one is awarded to a Wallowa County student. One of the purposes of the Tamkaliks Celebration is to promote cultural understanding. We hope that these scholarships will help further our cause.
