Two Blue-fronted Dancer damselflies. Were spotted during a photowalk. Around Mulligan Pond, Jackson Miles Abbott Wetland Refuge. JMAWR). Both individuals are males. 24 JUL 2015 JMAWR. This female's body is around five inches long, which is about average for a fully-grown female. Femoral spines on their mid and hind legs are diagnostic for this species according to BugGuide.
