Nun bin ich wieder ein paar Tage aus der 2. Klinik und will meine Gedanken wieder in diesem Hauptblog (neben 2 anderen Blogs) bündeln. 6 Monate Klinik, nach Suizidversuch. Wie geht es mir? Besser als vor 6 Monaten, aber immer noch nicht so optimal. Chaos im Kopf, Probleme, den Tag zu strukturieren oder mich aufzurappeln.
