The Beazler: The End of an Era

Whatever is on my mind: humors, interesting, newsworthy. Whatever my friends and family want published that I want to print. This is my blog, I get to choose. Saturday, February 28, 2015. The End of an Era. I'm already emotional today. Later this afternoon the movers come and Mom, Constance, and Maria head for Louisville. It's hard to wrap my brain around the fact the Mom won't be "at home" in a few short hours. I'm really not ready for this. I awoke early this morning thinking about Beazle's moving....

Blind as Eye Look. Monday, February 25, 2013. When my limited life has been recorded for those willing to look can see I turn to my list. When I think of a subject I add it to my assignment list. I check stock agency websites for ideas as well. I get inspiration from their newest uploads, and from other artists' portfolios. I look at some of their work and say to myself, "How did they think of that? You can leave your suggestions in the comments section below. Visit https:/ www.facebook.com/b...The photo...

A Post with no Name. As you read this issue of The Beazler. Everything may seem backward. Blind as Eye Look: January 2012
http://blindaseyelook.blogspot.com/2012_01_01_archive.html
Blind as Eye Look. Saturday, January 7, 2012. You know the pictures I mean, we've all seen them. Lets use some familiar photo ops as examples. Small Children and Pets. Shot one, and most others; because the tall adult is towering over the child or pet the subject looks smashed and squat. The photographer should get on the same level as the person or animal being photographed. Sit on the floor where the action is or put the child in a chair or have someone hold the pet. Your pictures will ...Light Source ...

Blind as Eye Look: May 2014
http://blindaseyelook.blogspot.com/2014_05_01_archive.html
Blind as Eye Look. Monday, May 26, 2014. I remembered YouTube videos where the photographer used a flashlight to "paint" light where needed in night scenes. "Andrea, turn on your flashlight app," I said. My phone is dead," she answered. I thought a bit more. Then it came to me, my magnifyer light. I dig out my magnifyer and turn it on. I hold it in one hand and my camera in the other. Now I'm able to angel the light so it makes their faces look pretty good for a club/bar/restaurant. Links to this post.

The Beazler: November 2013
http://thebeazler.blogspot.com/2013_11_01_archive.html
Whatever is on my mind: humors, interesting, newsworthy. Whatever my friends and family want published that I want to print. This is my blog, I get to choose. Wednesday, November 27, 2013. Remember those cousins who were older than you but still young enough to be fun? Remember when they hired a "Young" teacher? Remember when retirement seemed a lifetime away? These same cousins said they don't like to drive after dark these days. They say it's getting difficult. How can this lady be old enough to retire?

You probably think this post is about you. Don't you? We couldn't do anything right (correctly) from the first time we took our van. Andrea hadn't backed our van out yet so she could park in the driveway. She didn't want to park on the street because someone might come down that hill and hit her van. She had ...No anybod...
