我最近常給一個幾年前從台北回來高雄開業的理髮師理髮。他常跟我說，高雄人太小氣，想要高級的服務，卻又不願意付出相對的價格，高雄人不重視美感，有些人身上穿的用的加起來不到一千塊。然後又跟我扯到說台灣文化產業無法起來，就是因為台灣人不願意為文化產品付出對應的價格。 因為他講這些話的同時，一邊在幫我理髮，所以我不願意當面跟他爭論這些事情，只是靜靜地聽著。 然後，今天我經過AVEDA，看到裡面有SALON，進去問了一下價位，我發現剪髮1000元，染髮最便宜2000元，我又想到AVEDA台灣負責人朱平先生常常在雜誌上告訴我們：「You are what you buy. Friday, August 22, 2008. 座落於第五大道起頭的華盛頓廣場，矗立著著名的白色拱門。由於附近被紐約大學的校舍包圍著，拱門圖像也經常被紐約大學綁票而成為代表學校的象徵之一。地鐵上的紐約大學廣告，白色拱門加上代表學校的紫色字體，旁邊的文案寫著：城市中的大學，與國際接軌的學生（諸如此類，我忘了確切的英文文案是啥），讓人不禁對這所大學有所憧憬。 從離家最近的75th Ave.地鐵站直接搭F train到W4 Washington Square，省去了轉乘的麻煩。住在皇后區，E、F train是進出Manhattan的好朋友，這兩條線同時會再Manhattan轉個大彎進入Brooklyn，可為紐約市東西向交通幹道。從西四街地鐵站出來，很明顯地感受到此區Lower Manhattan的差異，這裡平房較多，住宅也多，展現出相對寧靜和緩的氣氛。即使是一般所謂的上班時間，沿路上仍遇見不少聽著iPod的慢跑客邁著輕盈...的校區。所謂校區指的是校舍聚集處，由於NYU的校舍很多，因此佔地相當大一塊。紐約的大學不少，就我所知就有Pace ...Thursday, August 21, 2008. 華爾街座落...
