Thursday, October 6, 2011. The Octopus visits Queenstown. Thank you everyone for your patience. I know it has been several months since I last posted anything. I'm afraid that the joys of school have overtaken my ability to adventure! On my spring break I went down to New Zealands South Island and visited Queenstown! For those of you who live in Vancouver, it would be like visitng Whsitler. It's a ski city! We stayed at a lovely hotel called the Sherwood Manor! Day two involved sunshine and more mountains.

Wednesday, June 22, 2011. The Octopus in Wellywood! The Octopus and I travelled down to Wellington to find some squid, and boy did we find them! Wellington is an amazing city filled with a mixture of classic. Architecture, and a variety of bright colors. We started our adventure by looking through shelves of jars.
