We are a big chicken breast eating family. The Big A could eat (and has eaten) chicken breasts for lunch and dinner every single day. They don’t even have to be warm or fresh, as long as they have been previously grilled or broiled, he is good to go. It’s all about the protein baby! WHAT YOU WILL NEED:. 2 lbs bone-in, skin-on chicken thighs. 2 sprigs rosemary, plus an additional tablespoon leaves. 1 garlic clove that has been smashed. Pinch of red pepper flakes.
