I am grateful to my hubby who helps with the cooking especially on weekends. I usually set the menu and he executes it. Recently we bought some delicious smoky chorizo at the local farmers market. Together with some chicken thigh cutlets on the bone, he made a yummy Chicken and Chorizo casserole. His method is based on Maureen's Chicken and Chorizo. Sydney, NSW, Australia.

The granola bars of the crunchy type; not chewy which some prefer. I love the mild taste of coconut which is not overpowering.
