I don't know, but I have put on 1lb since I started this routine. Mo-fo. Thats all I have to say. My guess is its just muscle and I should not be freaking out. But I kinda am anyways. If someone could just come up with a little machine that automatically tells how many calories you’ve eating I’d be the first in line. Here are some tricks I found in an article.
