I plan to use this blog to explore three areas of my life - weight loss, my health, and quilting. At different times, each takes a turn at center stage. I wish I could concentrate more on quilting which is my hobby, but unfortunately, life as I know it interrupts my hobby time. That is enough for my introduction for now. Remember the RA? Well, my fingers have had enough typing for one session.
