Let's get you signed on to the right course. We offer some great packages that are tailored to suit your busy lifestyle. Once you have passed your foundation course you’ll be able to sign up to any package you like. If you have any questions or need some advice on which package might suit your needs then please gives us a call and we’ll help you out. Unlimited sessions per week. These can be used for either Open Gym or CF Classes. X2 Sessions with a Personal Trainer (each session is 1 hour long).

We'll see you at our next WOD! To book onto the CrossFit classes you must first have completed a foundation course. This is two personal training sessions, each an hour long where we will teach you the basics of the CrossFit movements so that you can join in with the classes safely.
