Further to my last, another hypothesis has been sent my way as to why the big creditor may be ragging the puck on a deal that would see the Wasaga Beach Strip back in business for the season (although the recent blast of winter makes that feel a ways away). Not only made a failed attempt at being mayor of a Montreal suburb but, if you read to page two, has a penchant for suing people.
