طريقة عمل حلو الشوكولاتة البيضاء بالفراولة. 4 - 6 اشخاص الشيف:. مجمد ( اذا توفر). 2/1 ملعقة صغيرة برش برتقال. 1 2/1 كوب كريمة. 1 ملعقة صغيرة فانيليا. 3-2 ملعقة كبيرة سكر ناعم بودرة. 1 في وعاء محضرة الطعام ضعي الفراولة، التوت، السكر و برش البرتقال، شغلي على سرعة متوسطة لثواني بسيطة الى ان تتفتت الفراولة، لا تجعليها تصبح سائلة. ضعيها في الثلاجة. 3 ضعي خليط الكريمة والشوكولاتة في طبق عميق، ضعيه في الثلاجة الى ان يبدأ بالتماسك مع تقليبه من وقت لآخر لتوزيع الحرارة جيدا. 4 احضري كؤوس حسب الشكل والمقاس المرغوب.

حلويات، كيك المطبخ:. أميرة في المطبخ - سي بي سي سفرة. ثلث كوب زبدة فول سودانى طرية. ثلاثة ارباع كوب سكر. 3 ثمرات موز مهروس. ملعقة صغيرة فانيليا سائلة. نصف كوب زيت عباد شمس. ملعقة صغيرة بيكنج صودا. ملعقة صغيرة بيكنج بودر. زبدة فول سودانى سايحة. اخلطي الموز مع البيض و الفانيليا و زبدة الفول سودانى ويقلبوا جيدا مع الزيت و السكر. اخلطى الدقيق مع البيكنج بودر و البيكنج صودا و يقلبوا جيدا ثم ضيفى اليه الكاكاو ويقلبوا جيدا مع الملح. اخلطى المكونات الجافة على السائلة مع التقليب المستمر حتى تتجانس كل المكونات.
