Soil, Hay, Manure Sample Testing. The WSWCD provides sample testing for soil, hay, and manure/compost. Bring your dried samples into the office. We will send them to the lab, return the results to you, along with fertilizer or other appropriate recommendations from either NRCS or the Cooperative Extension Service.
