I forgot to tell you why I was laughing as we walked out of the woods last night after both of us neary connecting with a bruiser. It wasn't about the irony of them outsmarting us or bad luck or even the big buck fever we each felt as the tension rose, but the fact that I nearly got stuck in the right eye by a branch on the trail! The right move but the wrong time!
