Wednesday, July 8, 2009. I've hit a wall. I've been doing such a good job. I've been walking almost every day. I walked over 17 miles last week. I've been eating healthy, lots of fruit, veggies, almonds, and a little fish here and there. I've stayed away from the fried stuff, and I've even stayed away from mass quantities of refined sugar. And let's face it people, me staying away from sugar is just HARD. Insanely difficult.). And I've only dropped a stupid, freakin' POUND! Less than two weeks to go!

Is it weird that even though I'm in my mid-thirties I still have moments where it doesn't seem real that I actually am, in fact, in my mid thirties? Monday, June 29, 2009. A marathon in a month. That's how long it's taken me to walk it! I walked three miles around the neighborhood this morning. Saturday, May 8, 2010. I heart the Farmer's Market. I heart having Saturdays off so I can go and check out all the yummy fresh vegetables and fruits that make their way to my refrigerator. Monday, June 28, 2010. Things that make me happy. After a lazy and boring weekend, I decided that a veggie burrito and a new pair of shoes would cheer me right up. And I was right!
