That a human right to water and sanitation could be derived from the existing human right to an adequate standard of living.(1) This has the potential to improve the lives to the billion or so people without access to clean water, and the several billion without access to sanitation. Dec 19, 2010. ISARM Conference, Transboundary Aquifers. I had the opportunity to attend the ISARM conference on Aquifers this past week at UNESCO Headquarters in Paris. It focused on the legal, scientific, and cooperative aspects of shared groundwater. The recent resolution of the UNGA on the Draft Articles (DAs) provided a focus for the conference. During the plenary on the final day there was also a discussion on the Human Right to Water in the context of the DAs. UNESCO supported the conference with:.

My initial web browsing led to many sources on failed federal programs, principally through INAC. Indian and Northern Affairs Canada).
